Moomo Terms of Services

Effective Date: 30th April, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Moomo’s services (“the Platform”), you agree to abide by:

  • These Terms of Service
  • Our Privacy Policy
  • Our AML & KYC Statement
  • Any applicable financial, data protection, and trading regulations in your jurisdiction

Important Notice: Automated trading carries inherent risk. Moomo does not offer financial advice or guarantees of performance. Users are responsible for understanding the risks before engaging with any of Moomo’s AI trading strategies or crypto farming modules.


2. Definitions

  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or using Moomo’s Platform or Services
  • Services: Moomo’s AI-powered trading bots, cycle simulations, crypto farming plans, and other investment automation tools
  • Content: All software, code, branding, reports, documents, UI/UX, educational materials, and communications distributed via the Platform

3. Prohibited Users

Access to Moomo is prohibited for:

  • Individuals under the age of 18
  • Persons located in or associated with sanctioned jurisdictions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Crimea)
  • Entities or individuals listed on any OFAC, FATF, or EU AML watchlists
  • Individuals attempting to bypass KYC/AML verification or use false documentation

    • 4. User Obligations

    As a User, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete registration and verification information
    • Only use the Platform for lawful purposes
    • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or misuse the Platform in any form
    • Acknowledge and accept the risk of capital loss when participating in AI-driven trading or farming strategies
    • Accept sole responsibility for your wallet(s), investment decisions, and outcomes resulting from the use of Moomo tools

    5. KYC Requirements

    To comply with AML regulations, all users must complete identity verification before accessing the full platform. Tiers may apply:


    Tier 1 (< €10,000):
    • Email verification
    • Phone verification

    Tier 2 (≥ €10,000 or high-risk jurisdictions):
    • Government-issued ID
    • Proof of address
    • Selfie or biometric confirmation

    Moomo reserves the right to request additional information, suspend accounts during review, or restrict access if verification cannot be completed.


    6. Limitation of Liability

    Moomo, its affiliates, directors, and agents shall not be held liable for:

    • Downtime, delays, or data inaccuracies caused by third-party partners or market disruptions
    • Regulatory restrictions in the user’s jurisdiction that limit or prevent full platform usage
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    The user accepts full responsibility for using Moomo’s Services and assumes all associated financial risks.


    7. Termination of Access

    Moomo may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

    • You breach these Terms
    • You provide false information during registration or KYC
    • You engage in suspicious or unlawful activity
    • Your use of the Platform violates local or international compliance standards

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.


    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms periodically. All updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
