Moomo does not offer investment advice, brokerage services, or custodial control over user assets. All trading functionality made available via the Moomo platform is executed through licensed third-party partners and in compliance with the financial regulations applicable in each operating jurisdiction.

Moomo Ltd. is not a broker-dealer, financial institution, or custodian. Our platform provides intelligent strategy automation, risk simulation tools, and time-bound cycle execution—but actual trade execution, asset custody, and capital flow are all handled via regulated service providers.

Data & Privacy

Execution & Custody
  • All trades initiated via Moomo's platform are simulated before execution. Final trades are passed through secure APIs to our execution partners.
  • Moomo does not hold user funds. Wallet custody and asset movement occurs exclusively through regulated financial partners.
  • Users remain in full control of wallet permissions and can revoke access at any time.
